EXPERIENCE
Ed Bane, SIOR, is Principal of BCRE, and is a leading broker in the Houston Industrial Market. Ed and his business partner, Jon Michael, co-founded BCRE in 2015. He specializes in the leasing and selling of single and multi-tenant properties in the greater Houston area. In addition, he has significant expertise in real estate economics and development, tenant representation, and location intelligence.
Prior to founding BCRE, Ed served as Senior Vice President at NAI Partners and was a partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial for fifteen years. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, served on the board of the Houston chapter of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, along with being a Lifetime Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Over Ed's 35-year career in industrial real estate, he has been involved in more than 70 million square feet of property valued at over $1.2 billion, as well as in acquisitions totaling more than $700 million.

Jon L. Michael, SIOR is Principal of BCRE and is an award-winning expert in the Houston area of the industrial real estate market. Jon’s primary responsibilities at BCRE include the leasing of single and multi-tenant properties, investment sales, tenant representation and development. Together with Ed Bane, they head up the business development of BCRE.
Previously, Jon served as the Vice President at NAI Partners and served as Marketing Director with Holt Lunsford Commercial where his responsibilities included project leasing, tenant representation and business development.
During Jon’s 20 years in industrial real estate, he has leased over 35 million square feet with a value of more than $600 million along with being involved in over $400 million in acquisitions.

Dylan Stiteler
Senior Vice President
EXPERIENCE
Dylan joined BCRE in 2023 and currently serves as Senior Vice President for BCRE's Industrial Tenant and Buyer representation division. Prior to joining BCRE, he spent 8 years with a local Houston real estate firm, Oxford Partners, where he was a top producer and completed more than 1,200,000 million square feet in transactions valued at over $80,000,000. Dylan focuses on Industrial Buyer and Tenant Representation and delivers client solutions through site selection, renewal, relocation evaluation, acquisition, and disposition.
Dylan is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and graduate of Texas A&M University.

J.D. Dieckman
Senior Associate
EXPERIENCE
J.D. joined BCRE in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate for BCRE's Landlord Representation division. His responsibilities focus on the marketing of BCRE's Houston Industrial properties. J.D.'s duties include compiling and maintaining a database of tenants and building owners; generating leads; setting pitch meetings; and preparing and evaluating building occupancy.
J.D. is a graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, where he played baseball while receiving a bachelor's degree in accounting. He also holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Millsaps. Prior to joining the BCRE team, J.D. interned at Horne LLP primarily in assurance and tax roles for the Construction Services team.

Hanson joined BCRE in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate for BCRE’s Landlord Representation division focusing on the marketing of BCRE’s Houston Industrial properties. Hanson’s duties include compiling and maintaining a database of tenants and building owners, generating leads, setting pitch meetings, and preparing and evaluating building occupancy.
Hanson graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business. Prior to joining BCRE full-time, Hanson interned with BCRE for multiple summers prior to obtaining his Texas real estate license.

EXPERIENCE
Bryan joined BCRE in 2024 as an associate broker. Prior to joining BCRE, Bryan worked for oil and logistics companies as well as being involved with several bar and restaurants where he was responsible for acquisitions and development as well as financial responsibilities.
Bryan graduated from the University of North Texas and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. He has currently completed more than 1 transaction totaling in excess of 30,000 square feet.
