Edward Bane, SIOR
Co-Founder and Principal
With over 25 years of experience, Ed Bane is a leading broker in the Houston area. Ed and his business partner, Jon Michael, co- founded Bridge Commercial Real Estate in 2015. He specializes in the leasing and selling of single and multi-tenant properties. In addition, he has significant expertise in real estate economics and development, tenant representation, and location intelligence.
Before founding Bridge Commercial Real Estate, Ed served as the Senior Vice President of NAI Partners and was a partner at Holt Lunsford Commercial for fifteen years. He is a member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
Ed has leased over 25 million square feet with a total leasehold value of $415 million, has been directly involved in over $325 million in acquisitions and has completed three successful industrial developments.

Jon Michael, SIOR
Co-founder and Principal
Jon L. Michael is the co-founder of Bridge Commercial Real Estate. He is an award-winning expert in the Houston-area commercial real estate market. Jon’s primary responsibilities at Bridge include the leasing of single and multi-tenant properties, investment sales, and property transactions. Together with Ed Bane, they head up the overall business development for Bridge Commercial Real Estate.
Previously, Jon served as the Vice President of NAI Partners. Jon served as Marketing Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial where his responsibilities included project leasing, tenant representation, and business development.
During his 14 years in real estate, Jon has leased over 20 million square feet with a total leasehold value of $350 million and has been directly involved in over $200 million in acquisitions.

Will Austin
Senior Vice President
Will joined Bridge in 2018 and serves as Senior Vice President for Bridges’ Industrial Tenant and Buyer representation division. His primary focus is to strategically assist his client’s any need from site selection, relocation, acquisition, expansion and more. Will has practiced commercial real estate in the Houston and surrounding areas since 2015.
Will is a graduate of the University of North Texas and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas. Prior to joining the Bridge team, Will worked at Oxford Partners primarily in a tenant and buyer representation capacity. He has currently completed more than 75 transactions totaling in excess of 750,000 Square Feet.

Hunter Johnston
Senior Vice President
Hunter joined Bridge in October of 2017 and currently serves as Senior Vice President. His primary concentration is Tenant/End User representation for industrial facilities in the Houston area. Hunter brings a unique background to the team with more than 6 years working in construction management. Since starting with Bridge, Hunter has since brokered over 30 transactions totaling in excess of 400,000 Square feet.
Hunter is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, Hunter is a committee member of the Sight Into Sound foundation and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.

DYLAN STITELER

Dylan Stiteler
Senior Vice President
Dylan joined bridge in 2023 and currently serves as Senior Vice President for Bridge’s Industrial Tenant and Buyer representation division. Prior to joining Bridge, he spent 8 years with a local Houston real estate firm, Oxford Partners, where he was a top producer and completed more than 1,200,000 million square feet in transactions valued at over $80,000,000. Dylan focuses on Industrial Buyer and Tenant Representation and delivers client solutions through site selection, renewal, relocation evaluation, acquisition, and disposition.
Dylan is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and graduate of Texas A&M University.

J.D. DIECKMAN

Associate
J.D. joined Bridge in 2021 and serves as an Associate for Bridges’ Landlord Representation division. His responsibilities focus on the marketing of Bridges’ Houston Industrial properties. J.D.’s duties include compiling and maintaining a database of tenants and building owners; generating leads; setting pitch meetings; and preparing and evaluating building occupancy.
J.D. is a graduate of Millsaps College in Jackson, MS receiving a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He also holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Millsaps. Prior to joining the Bridge team, J.D. interned at Horne LLP primarily in assurance
and tax roles for the Construction Services team.

Hanson Bane
Associate
Hanson joined Bridge Commercial Real Estate (BCRE) in 2023 and serves as an Associate for BCRE’s Landlord Representation division focusing on the marketing of BCRE’s Houston Industrial properties. Hanson’s duties include compiling and maintaining a database of tenants and building owners, generating leads, setting pitch meetings, and preparing and evaluating building occupancy.
Hanson graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business. Prior to joining BCRE full-time, Hanson interned with BCRE for multiple summers prior to obtaining his Texas real estate license.
